The challenge
Young people have extraordinary potential. They also face difficult pressures.
By the time a student sits a final exam, they have already been asked to cut a corner, pay a bribe, or stay silent. Talent is everywhere. Guidance is not.
- Mentorship is scarceMost young people never meet an adult who guides them through their first real decisions.
- Skills gap widensClassrooms rarely teach the judgement, communication and digital ability employers now expect.
- Pressure to compromiseCorruption and substance abuse are normalised long before a young person turns twenty.
